In some of the cases, intensive thought regarding suicide is associated with severe depression. To avoid any such mishap hospitalization is required. Consultation with doctor or psychiatrist is the primary step of hospitalization.

The doctor or psychiatrist will go through your case history minutely and will advice whether hospitalization is required or not. Once hospitalized, treatment method depends upon the type and severity of incidence. Sedation is often prescribed to offer short term but immediate relief to the victim.
