What Condition Pamelor Is Prescribed

Pamelor is used to treat depressant patients and it is approved by FDA, it is mainly used to treat nocturnal enuresis, various compositions of this drug are used to treat migraine, irritable bowel syndrome and other panic disorders, also pamelor reduces ADHD symptoms.

Hepatic enzyme metabolizes this drug in the liver, always a low dosage of this drug is recommended, to avoid toxicity during long term treatment. Blood testing with pamelor are to be obtained; a maximum of up to 150mg per day should be given to a patient under supervision of the doctor. In the treatment of nocturnal enuresis a small dosage of the antidepressant has to be given with longer period under ECG examination, migraine associated problems can also be treated using this drug

Pamelor should not be immediately given to the patient recovered from heart attack, if this drug is used without taking any gap after the usage of MAO inhibitors like phenelzine or tranylcypromine may cause severe convulsions. Pamelor can also be used to treat other disorders, stabbing pain, aches that last for longer period of time. This antidepressant also helps to reduce the habit of smoking; precautions have to be taken before using this drug.  This drug should not be used along with any other drugs for depression or smoking cessation, because the reaction between them may cause serious health effects.
