Norpramine - Side Effects Of Norpramine

Norpramin is a drug used as an antidepressant in the treatment of depression, anxiety and panic disorders.  Norpramin also has some side effects and is a hypo chloride salt of tricycles structure.

Taking norpramin as an antidepressant has some side effects, though it is the best drug for antidepressant patients in some cases. The mild side effects are dry mouth, weakness, drowsiness, difficult in urination, constipation, over excitement or anxiety, weight gain, abnormal vision, changes in sex drive ability, and sweating.

The severe effects of norpramin are severe body pains, muscle spasms, fever, uncontrolled shaking of body, imbalanced walking or speech, irregular heart beat are the major problems of dosage of this drug. Symptoms of over dosage are vomiting, hallucinations, abnormal decrease in body temperature and enlarged pupils. To avoid the side effects of this drug over dosage should be minimized and also consumption of alcohol during the course of this drug should be avoided. Precautions like using other drugs associated with this drug should be avoided due to reaction, between these drugs causing serious health effects.
