Symptoms of over dosage are vomiting, hallucination, decrease in body temperature abnormally and enlarged pupils.

In most cases the mild side effects of Nortriptyline will decrease as the body adjusts to it and the physician should be aware of any side effects. To avoid the side effects of this drug over dosage has to be minimized and also consumption of alcohol during the course of this drug should be avoided, precautions like using other drugs associated with this drug should be avoided due to reaction between these drugs causing serious health effects.
