Norpramin - How to Take Norpramin.

Norpramin is obtained in a tablet form, which can be taken once or twice a day in a small dosage; there are no particular diets that should be followed by the patient unless prescribed by the doctor. Take this drug only after consulting the doctor and should be taken as prescribed by him not more or less, if you have skipped any dosage in between then leave that particular dose and continue with the next dose but do not over dose with the previous one.

Norpramini may take some weeks of time to produce its effects on your body, continue the dose till the date prescribed even if you feel better from depression, because stopping the drug suddenly may cause some health effects like head ache, nausea, weakness and the return of depression symptoms.

Norpramin can be prescribed by the doctor in dosages of 150 mg for depression, anxiety, panic disorders and other depressive disorders.

This antidepressant should not be taken along with any drugs like monoamine oxidizes inhibitors like phenelzine, selegiline or any such drug so that usage of norpramin or if they have been recently used, there should be a delayed to some weeks to avoid any side effects.
